Follow Discord's Terms of Service [Top]

Firstly and most importantly, you have to follow the guidelines set by Discord's Terms of Service. Violating this rule will not only result in us terminating your access to our services but may result in Discord terminating your account as well.

No exploitation of bugs or reverse-engineering [Top]

Though we try our best to keep our services bug-free, problems may occur any time. If you encounter a bug or a problem while using our services, please use the /report command of our bot or create a ticket in our support server. We will discuss the matter in detail with you as soon as we can. Reverse-engineering our software will lead to your access to our services being revoked.

No illegal servers [Top]

Inviting the bots to servers which promote or advertise illegal activities is prohibited. Doing so will result in you losing access to our services and said server being blocklisted internally in our bots. Requesting to delete your account's or your server's Discord ID from our databases is irrelevant in such cases and will be rejected in order to keep you banned from our services. Your account and server may even be terminated by Discord.

About "bothells" and small servers [Top]

Though we do not prohibit our bots to be invited to small family servers, servers full of bots or other small servers, we would prefer our bots being invited to servers having at least 10 human members, and the number of human members should be more than the amount of bots present in the server if you wish to keep our bot in your server even during its verification phase.

That said, we strictly enforce this rule on those bots of ours that require verification by Discord. When one of our bots hits the 75 servers limit, our protocol is the following:

  1. We check the list of servers on which the bot is active.
  2. We notify people who own any ineligible servers that our bot will temporarily leave that server.
  3. We apply the bot for verification and wait for Discord's reply.

Once the bot is verified successfully, server owners and admins will have the option to invite the bot back to the server.
This rule only applies for those of our bots that are waiting for verification.
